PAYNE JR., James E.; age 82 of Nashville, passed away November 17, 2009. Mr. Payne was a graduate of Howard High School, a U.S. Navy Veteran, and retired from Metro Water Services. He leaves 5 children, 12 grandchildren, and dear friends, Kenneth Redmond, George Hines, and Charles Cardwell. A graveside ceremony will be held on Friday at 1:30 PM at Spring Hill Cemetery where military honors will be presented. Arrangements by: SPRING HILL FH & CEM (615)865-1101
