James Leroy Sadler, Sr.'s Obituary
James Leroy Sadler, Sr. age 73 of Nashville, TN passed away Saturday, January 19, 2013. Mr. Sadler was born in Aldolphus, KY on June 11, 1939 to Otis and Pauline Meador Sadler. He was a member of Lincoya Hills Baptist Church and the American Legion. A free-hearted man, he enjoyed spending time hunting, fishing and working on cars though his greatest love was his family, especially his grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Lillyan Sadler; daughter, Jan (David) Pippin; son, Jim Sadler, Jr.; brother, Kenneth G. Sadler; and grandchildren, Michael Pippin, Brandon Pippin, Caitlyn Pippin and Madison Sadler. The family will receive friends from 2 P.M. until 8 P.M. on Monday, January 21, 2013 and from 9 A.M. until 9:45 A.M., Tuesday at Spring Hill Funeral Home. A celebration of Mr. Sadler’s life will be conducted at 10 A.M., Tuesday, January 22, 2013 from the Chapel of Spring Hill Funeral Home with Rev. Joe Evans officiating. Interment will be in Spring Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials contributions may be made to the Lincoya Hills Baptist Church Youth Ministry or to Lifelines.
