James Sears' Obituary
James Sears, 84, of Nashville, Tennessee, passed away on Saturday, December 9, 2023. He was preceded in death by his wife, Wilma Sears, his parents, Gladys and Earnest Sears, Sr., a brother, Earnest Sears, Jr. and a niece, Gloria Rawlings.
Mr. Sears is survived by four nieces, Dolores Carnell, Sheila Lee (Clyde), Thelma Carnell and Velma Bishop.
He proudly served in the U.S. Marines. He was a wonderful husband and uncle to his loving nieces.
The family cordially invites relatives and friends to visit on Wednesday, December 13th, 2023, from five o’clock in the afternoon until seven o’clock in the evening at Spring Hill Funeral Home and Cemetery, 5110 Gallatin Road in Nashville. The funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 14th, 2023, at twelve o’clock noon. Pastor Richard Gilbert will preside over the service. The committal will immediately follow.
