Mr. James Harold Sisco's Obituary
James Harold Sisco, age 74, of Nashville, Tennessee passed away on Friday, August 16, 2019 at his home. Jim was born October 6, 1944 in Jackson County, Tennessee to the late Tom Edward Sisco and Essie Lola Freeman.
Jim was stern and on’ry. He would do anything for anyone. He possessed a wonderful smile and gave the best hugs. Every Friday night, he’d meet his nieces for dinner and family time. The food may not have always been good, but the company and conversation was. He was former owner of Music City Express Delivery.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother Richard Sisco.
He is survived by his son, Kevin Sisco; grandsons James Thomas Sisco and Justin Vaughn Sisco; sisters Jean Funke, Nancy Crowder, and Marie Cato; nieces Laurie (Jay) Shoemaker, Paula (Ronald) Duke, Leah (Robbie) Green, Gay (Charlie) Ryman, and Kellie (Richard) Cox; and a host of nieces, nephews, friends and coworkers who will miss him dearly.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, August 20, 2019 from 2 PM until 4 PM at Spring Hill Funeral Home in Nashville. A Celebration of Life Funeral Service will take place at 4 PM Tuesday at the funeral home.
