James Anthony Stellini's Obituary
"...From beginning to end, Jesus’ days were marked by His love for His people. John 13:1"
We celebrate the beautiful life of James “Jim” Anthony Stellini, born in Foggia, Italy, and peacefully passed in Nashville, Tennessee. From March 10th, 1949, to November 17th, 2025, he filled every day with energy, faith, and love for others.
Jim found joy on his motorcycle, whether riding alone or with a group. He enjoyed camping with Sharon and his biking buddies and spending evenings by the campfire sharing music and conversation. Country classics and oldies from his youth stayed on the playlist, and in later years Christian songs lifted his spirit.
When not on the road, Jim was busy in the workshop. His creative hands turned scrap wood into decorative pieces and sturdy furniture, proof of his hardworking nature and eye for detail.
Games brought out Jim’s playful side. A skilled poker player, he loved the strategy of the cards and the thrill of a well-timed slot machine spin.
Cars and bikes from earlier eras always caught his attention. Weekend car shows were a favorite family outing that let him admire polished chrome and swap stories with fellow enthusiasts.
Service and fellowship mattered to Jim. Christmas toy drive rides with the Christian Motorcycle Club and regular services at Cornerstone Church in Nashville blended his love of riding with his faith and generosity.
Those who continue to cherish him include his wife Sharon Stellini, his son AJ Stellini, and his daughters Judy Vanoveren and Stormy, and a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren. He is also remembered by the loving memories of his late parents, Anthony Stellini and Theora Martin Stellini.
Hardworking, supportive, loyal, generous, and creative, Jim lived exactly as he believed: “…From beginning to end, Jesus’ days were marked by His love for His people. John 13:1”. Today we celebrate the beautiful life he shared with us and carry forward his example of faith, family, and fun.
