James Hudson Wallace's Obituary
James Hudson Wallace of Nashville, TN passed away on Wednesday, February 8th, 2023. He was 91 years old. He is preceded in death by his wife of 57 years, Ruby June (Dollie) Wallace; his parents Alvie and Alvera Wallace; a brother Ralph Wallace; and sisters Linda and Peggy Ann Wallace.
Mr. Wallace is survived by his son Steven (Gina) Wallace; daughters Melissa (Tim) Carnahan and Melonie (Steve) Seigenthaler; his grandchildren Jessica (Ron) Miller, Julie (Justin) Helgestad, Jimmy Wallace, Katelin (Nate) Carper, Alden (Katie) Carnahan, Branston Carnahan, Lindsey Seigenthaler, and Tanner (Brynn) Barr; sisters Norma (Doug) Cornwell, Lexie (Jim) Burfield, Marilyn Cook; brothers Doug (Linda) Wallace, Dennis (Diane) Wallace, and Archie (Karen) Wallace; and his great-grandchildren Hudson, Anderson, Lucette, and William.
Mr. Wallace was an active member of the Church of Christ. He was loved by all and will be greatly missed.
The family will receive family and friends for visitation on Monday, February 13th, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and on Tuesday, February 14th, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Spring Hill Funeral Home. A funeral service will take place on Tuesday, February 14th, 2023 at Spring Hill Funeral Home at 12:00 PM, with burial to follow at Historic Spring Hill Cemetery.
Mr. Wallace’s grandsons and son-in-laws will serve as pallbearers.
