James Herschel Wilson, 67, passed away on Sunday, July 24, 2022. Born April 11, 1955, in Nashville, Tennessee, he was the son of the late Junior Herschel Wilson and Clara Keaton Wilson Bowles.
James was formerly employed with Office Max in Nashville and later went to work with Life Bridges in Cleveland, Tennessee.
In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his brother John Edward Wilson and sister Doris Marie Wilson Gann.
He is survived by his wife Cindy Wilson; children Daniel (Chasity) Wilson, Jamie (Mark) Bradford, and Landyn Wilson; grandchildren who were like sons to him James Allan, Matthew, Nathan, and Joey Bradford; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; stepfather John Ligon Bowles; sisters Florence Geneine Wilson and Pat Duff; cousins Trina and Harry Griffey; and a host of extended family and friends.
Visitation will be Monday, August 22 from 12 pm until 2 pm at Spring Hill Funeral Home in Nashville. A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will follow at 2 pm with Dr. Kevin Shrum officiating.
