Ms Janell Strong Ritchie's Obituary
Ms. Janell Strong Ritchie, 82, of Kingston Springs, passed away May 4, at Summit Hospital. She was born on July 30, 1933 to the late Lewis Harlen and Aline Strong. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Mr. William Edward Ritchie.
Ms. Ritchie is survived by her 4 daughters; Janice Long, Brenda Daugherty, Becky Comer (Ray), Norma Ritchie; one son, William Craig Ritchie (Tonya); four sisters, Betty Williams, JoAnn Covington, Louistean Allen(Bill), and Carolyn Singleton; 13 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren; and two sister-in-law, Opal Carlisle and Lilly English.
A celebration of life ceremony will be 1pm Saturday, May 7 at Spring Hill Funeral Home with burial at Harpeth Hill Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Friday night from 1-8pm and again Saturday from 8am-1pm. Family will serve as pallbearers. Pastor Bill Allen and Rev. Ray Comer will officiate the service.
