Ms. Janie Lou "Hudson" Mockabee's Obituary
Janie Lou (Hudson) Mockabee, age 83 of Nashville, TN. Passed away on September 27, 2019 in Davidson County. She is preceded in death by her mother, Mattie Lou Cook Hudson; brother, Milton Hudson; and sister, Callie Heady.
She is survived by her sons, Jerry (Gail) Orman, Dennis Orman Jr., William W. Wright; a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Janie was a caring and compassionate person. She was a free spirit and full of life. Janie was a wonderful mother, grandmother, and friend. She was strong in her faith and beliefs. Janie was great at small talk and never met a stranger. She was a wonderful person and will truly be missed by all who knew her.
There will be a Graveside service to celebrate Janie's life at 11:00 AM Wednesday October 2, 2019 in the Historic Spring Hill Cemetery.
