Jason Daniel Brown's Obituary
Mr. Jason Daniel Brown, age 47 of Nashville, Tennessee passed away on Thursday, July 28, 2022. He was born to Cindy Clayton Still and the late Gary Joseph Brown in Nashville on December 22, 1974. In addition to his father, Jason was preceded in death by his grandparents Don and Betty Clayton, Lera Loveell, and Charles Brown, Aunt B (Bedonna), and Aunt Diane. He is survived by his children Justus Brown, Chloe Anne Brown, and Kirsten Martin, mother Cindy Still, siblings Kyle Brown, Benjamin Brown, Kenny Marler, Emily Marler, Erica Helton, Rosalynn Still, and his cousin whom he cherished like a sister Amanda Jane Beck. He is also survived by his Aunt Eliane and Uncle Bubba (Virgil).
Jason was a very special and unique person. He was quiet, tenderhearted, and introverted, but also headstrong and witty - keeping those around him on their toes with his dry, offbeat sense of humor. He was a wonderful dad and big brother, and those he loved, he loved fiercely. He was a collector of anything vintage or antique, but he was especially sentimental about items that belonged to family members who are no longer with us. He was highly intelligent and well rounded. He could fix almost anything, and was very tech savvy. Jason’s work ethic was unmatched. He started working at Burger King at sixteen, worked his way up to management, and spent a total of 29 years in their employ.
The family will receive relatives and friends on Saturday, August 20 from 12:00 pm until the time of the Celebration of Life Memorial Service at 2:00 pm held at Spring Hill Funeral Home and Cemetery, 5110 Gallatin Road in Nashville.
