Jeanette was a musician by trade, and in 1976 left Chicago to move to Music City - Nashville, Tennessee. She immediately went to work on lower Broadway as a bass player and singer at Tootsies, Robert’s, and a plethora of other music bars. In the late 1980’s she got a job with Jeannie C. Riley (Harper Valley PTA), and then went on to work with Gary with Bobby Bare (Detroit City). She eventually transitioned to only working for Bobby Bare for the next 15 years traveling across America and Europe before retiring. Music was a hugely important part of Jeanette’s life, but even more important was her faith in Jesus Christ. She was a major Bible scholar and led many people to Jesus. In her final years, she was entirely devoted to her Bible studies and her relationship with the Lord.
