Jeffrey William Garrett's Obituary
Jeffrey “Jeffro” William Garrett, 73, of Hartsville, TN passed away on Saturday, July 19th, 2025.
Jeffrey was a proud veteran of the United States Army, in which he served for many years. He loved his country, and talking politics. He worked as a heavy machinery operator the majority of his life; if it moved, he could operate it; if it didn’t, he could fix it. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, and was an excellent storyteller and thrived off enhancing even the wildest stories. He also loved dogs especially his long time companion and riding buddy, Jake.
Those left to cherish his loving memory and fun friendship are his two daughters, Virginia Garrett and Kim Haskin (Jason); two grandchildren, Cody Sircy and Hunter Sircy; one sister, Carol Box; two brothers, Tom Garrett and Gary Garrett; and many nieces and nephews.
Jeffrey is preceded in death by his loving wife, Mildred Garrett: parents, William and Effie Garrett; and one son, Jeffrey William Garrett Jr.
