Jerry Michael "Mike" Holloway's Obituary
Jerry Michael “Mike” Holloway, 79, of Goodlettsville, Tennessee, went to be with his Lord on November 1, 2024. He was born on June 12, 1945, in Madison, Tennessee, to the late Robert Combs Holloway and Helen Margaret King Holloway.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Wesley, Don, Dale and Doug.
Mike is survived by his loving wife of 46 years, Lynne; son, Robert (Brooke); granddaughters, Eisley and Norah; brother, Wayne; and several nieces and nephews.
Mike lived his life with a servant's heart. He was a jack-of-all trades and worked all throughout his life, but his most meaningful job was being a chaplain for the Truck Stops for America. He went to Inglewood Baptist and was a deacon for many years. He graduated from Litton High School in 1963. He would do anything for anyone. It didn’t matter if you were a stranger, Mike would be there for you. He made sure to tell others just how important they are and would thank them for what they did. Animals had a special place in his heart. Mike will be truly missed by all who knew and loved him.
