Jerry Michael Roes' Obituary
Jerry Michael Roes, 75, of Clarksville, Tennessee, died on Monday, March 13, 2023. Born July 14, 1947, in Bell, California, he was the son of the late Frank Roes and Mary Terzo Roes.
Jerry graduated from St. Mary’s Catholic School in Marion, Ohio. He served his country proudly in the United States Marine Corps. He retired from the United States Postal Service where he was a letter handler. His family will remember Jerry as being a hardcore supporter of The Ohio State Buckeyes, Blue Oyster Cult fan and loving his trips to Florida.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister Christie Arnold.
He is survived by his sons Shane Roes and Jerrod Roes; daughter Tiara Swords; sister Robin Roes; brothers Casey Roes and Frank Roes; and dear friend and mother of Jerrod, Nancy Roes.
Visitation will be held on Monday, March 20 from 4 pm until 8 pm at Spring Hill Funeral Home in Nashville. A graveside service with military honors will be held on Tuesday, March 21 at 1 pm in the rotunda of Middle Tennessee State Veteran's Cemetery at Pegram.
