Mrs. Jewell Lee Bullard's Obituary
On behalf of the staff at Spring Hill Funeral Home & Cemetery, we are honored to be serving the Bullard family, but saddened to announce the passing of Mrs. Jewell Bullard.
Mrs. Jewell Lee Bullard, 92, of Madison, TN, passed away on Sunday, December 26, 2021.
Jewell, known by most as “Mema”, was known by everyone for the selfless way she cared for others. Not only did she care deeply for her own family, but through the years, she came to know and love many others who she treated just as her own. She was truly everyone’s “Mema”, and there was nothing she wouldn’t do to help her friends, her family, or anyone else in need. Jewell attended the First Wesleyan Church of Nashville where her mother had also been a member, and enjoyed serving in the Homeless Ministry there.
Jewell was preceded in death by her parents and siblings, and by her daughter, Linda Walden.
She is survived by her grandchildren, John (Rachael) Sain, William (Johnna) Sain, Kimberly (Boyd) Kistner, Edward (Veronica) Sain; great-grandchildren Danielle, Lexi, & Traci Sain, Aaron Sain, Austin, Nicholas, & Nathan Baynes; & great-great-grandchildren Jackson & Rylee Lommer, & Kinzley Baynes.
A public visitation will be held at Spring Hill Funeral Home and Cemetery, 5110 Gallatin Road, Nashville, TN 37216, on Friday, December 31st, 2021 from four o'clock in the afternoon until eight o'clock in the evening.
