Mr. Jimmy Maynard's Obituary
Jimmy Maynard, age 47 of Hendersonville passed away December 3, 2014 at his home surrounded by his family and friends. Jimmy was born on February 20, 1967 in Nashville to Dick Maynard and the late Linda Jenkins. Jimmy was an avid drummer for most of his life, having started to play drums at age 7. He loved his family dearly and will be greatly missed by all who knew him. He is survived by his daughters, Shelbi Maynard and Joesie Maynard; parents, Dick and Cherie Maynard and Butch Jenkins; brothers, Jimmy Jenkins and Ronnie Jenkins; former wife and mother of his daughters, Lisa Maynard and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. A Celebration of Jimmy’s Life will be held on Monday, December 8th at 1:00 P.M. from the Chapel of Spring Hill Funeral Home with Bro. Charles Anderson officiating. Interment will follow in Historic Spring Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Sunday, December 7th from 2-8 P.M. and Monday from 11 A.M. until service time.
