Joan Hall Cawthon's Obituary
Joan Hall Cawthon, age 80, of Madison, TN passed away Saturday, March 28, 2015. She was born August 1, 1934 in Nashville, TN to the late James Clinton and Allie Mae Mangrum Hall. Joan is also preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, Gordon Cawthon; infant sons, Gary Wayne and Thomas Richard Cawthon; 2 sisters and 1 brother. She was the last survivor of her family.
Joan is survived by her daughter Sheryl Cawthon and her son, Tommy Cawthon.
A celebration of life funeral ceremony will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, April 1, 2015 in the chapel of Spring Hill Funeral Home with Mr. Ronnie Webb officiating. The family will receive friends from 4 – 8 p.m. Tuesday, March 31, at Spring Hill Funeral Home. Interment will follow in the Historic Spring Hill Cemetery. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Dr. William Liggett and his nurse Carrie, Dr. Jonathon Evans, Dr. David Ewart and nurse Kelly, and the nursing staff at skyline 5th floor, especially nurse Ashley.
