Ms. Joan Diane Galloway's Obituary
Joan Diane Galloway, age 74, of Madison, Tennessee, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, September 12, 2020. Born August 15, 1946 in Nashville, Tennessee, she was the daughter of Mary McCord Brown and the late Thomas Brown.
Joan had worked for the Lions Eye Bank at Vanderbilt. She was a faithful Christian all her life. She enjoyed puzzles, TV, and games. She was dearly loved and will be missed.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a son Christopher Galloway.
She is survived by her son Samuel Galloway; mother Mary McCord Brown; granddaughter Courtney Galloway; brothers Tommy Brown, Ray (Brenda) Brown, Larry (Christie) Brown, and Stacy (Holly) Brown; sisters Terry Davis, Betty Daniels, and Rebecca Sharber; several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will take place 11:00 AM on Tuesday, September 22 at the Historic Spring Hill Cemetery in Nashville.
