Baby Joella Elizabeth Baugh's Obituary
Our beautiful Joella came into this world at 6:09PM weighing 2lbs 4oz and was 13 inches long. Mom was very blessed; she was able to hold and kiss her precious daughter briefly. Joella was welcomed into heaven at 6:11PM.
Joella Elizabeth, may perpetual light shine upon you always. Amen.
Joella was diagnosed with anencephaly, a neural tube disorder in which the skull and brain does not fully form. The doctors and staff at Vanderbilt University Medical Center did everything they could for mom and baby. They were a true blessing for all of us. To learn more about anencephaly, or how to donate for research to help them find a cure, please donate to the March of Dimes at www.anencephaly.info.
Joella is survived by her loving mother, Teresa M. Coleman and her father, James B. Baugh III; her siblings Elijah and Nyla Coleman, her aunt and uncle Samantha and Chris Johnson, Aunts Kianna Poole and Metra Baugh; her cousins Khloe-Anne, Isaac, Andre, and Nokianna; her grandparents, Stephen and Pamela Coleman, James Baugh Jr, and Helen (Michael) Fitzpatrick; and Great-grandparents Rev.
