Mr. John Crockett Carter's Obituary
John Crockett Carter of Madison, TN passed away on March 17, 2018 in Davidson county. He is preceded in death by his loving wife, Viola Pauline Carter; parents, Stephen Carter, Alma Dorn Carter; and son, John Crockett Carter Jr.
He is survived by his daughter, Connie (Bill) Wade; grandchildren, Ashley Freeman, Tim (Margaret Ewing) Freeman, Meagan Wade; and his furry, four-legged companion, Trixie.
John was an avid NASCAR and Atlanta Braves fan. He loved trips to the beach and bluegrass music. John enjoyed watching wrestling and was a dedicated member of Madison Church of Christ. He was a wonderful person who touched the lives of so many, he will truly be missed.
Visitation will take place on Tuesday, March 20, 2018 from 3-8pm at Spring Hill Funeral Home. A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, March 21, 2018 at 2pm with 2 hours of visitation prior.
