I was shocked when I heard the news. I've been fortunate to get to work with Jay for the last 20 years. Actually he was President of TSAE when he convinced me that I should be on the Board. I cannot help but smile when I think of him or mention his name, he was one of the funniest people that I've ever met. I will miss him as will the state of Tennessee. Thoughts and prayers are with the entire West Family.
