Mr. John Edward Norman's Obituary
John (Johnny) Edward Norman born on January 13, 1953, of Nashville, TN, passed away on December 8, 2014 peacefully at his home after a long extended illness.
He was preceded in death by his parents; Frances Elizabeth Carroll Norman and George Holle Norman; brother-in-law; Bill Ward, niece; Carrie Ward, and niece; Lauria Wills. He is survived
by his five sisters; Charlene Ward, Madlyn Butler, Carroll (Don) Greer, Georgia Norman, and Debbie Norman.
He also leaves behind nieces and nephews: Bryan Ward, Barry (Pat) Ward, Kimberly Butler,Randy Butler, Susan (Mike) Merryman, Betsy Butler, Donnie Greer, Ronnie (Susan) Greer, Connie Greer, Holle Wiktorek and Edward Fuqua.
Great nieces and great nephews: Sean Conway, Mary Pat Conway, David Ward, Jason Merryman, Eric Wills, Alex Wills, Michael Greer, Ronnie Greer, Andy Greer, Jayce Fuqua, and Hayden Wiktorek
Great-great nieces and great-great nephews: Frances Merryman, Grace Merryman, Kelsea Greer, Michael Greer, Jr., Nicholas Greer, and Bentley Greer.
He grew up in Nashville and was in the class of 71 at Isaac Litton High School. He played the trumpet as a member of the Isaac Litton Marching of 100 Band. Johnny enjoyed antiques and auctions throughout his life. He was kind to a fault and would help anyone in need. His family will miss him dearly.
Funeral Services will be conducted on Friday, December 12th at 11:00 A.M. from the Chapel of Spring Hill Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Historic Spring Hill Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be on Thursday, December 11 from 4-8 P.M. and Friday from 10 A.M. until
service time.
Active Pallbearers will be Ronnie Greer, Donnie Greer, Randy Butler, Barry Ward, Sean Conway and Todd Hayes.
