Infant Jonah Floyd Duvall's Obituary
Jonah Floyd Duvall was born on Saturday, 18 July 2015 at 08:57 p.m. to parents Joshua and Cynthia Duvall. Jonah was blessed with ten perfect days of hope and love. He was baptized on 28 July 2015 at 10:40 a.m. and peacefully went to his heavenly home at 11:36 a.m. at Naval Medical Center Portsmouth, VA.
Jonah was deeply loved by his entire family and a countless number of people who prayed for him daily. He was the most beautiful baby boy and was adored by all who met him. He loved the sound of his parents’ voice, the touch of their hands, and his two dogs at home would calm him just by walking up to him. Jonah was admitted into the hospital at three days old and fought valiantly until his last day. Jonah came into the world in his mother’s arms and left this world in his father’s.
Jonah is survived by his parents: Joshua and Cynthia Duvall, paternal grandparents: Joe and Deborah Dominguez, maternal grandmother: Sandra Colburn, paternal great-grandparents: Floyd and Barbara Duvall, maternal great-grandmother: Joan Colburn, three uncles, James Dominguez, Joshua Heath, and Tony Whittaker, and one aunt: Brittany Whittaker.

His family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until his Celebration of Life Service at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, August 4 at Spring Hill Funeral Home. Interment will be in the Lullaby
Garden in Historic Spring Hill Cemetery.
