I only knew Little Joe from my employment with Ray Bell. Little Joe always came to our picnics and parties and even chauffered some of us for a "ladies night out". He was always so nice and always had a big smile on his face. The thing I remember most is, when you asked how he was, his response was always "blessed, baby, blessed". I always thought that was such a good attitude and sentiment by which live your life. I keep those words in my mind a lot. I'm sure there are many more people whose life he touched in a positive way. My prayers and sympathy are with his family during this time.
