Mrs. Josephine Cecelia Elks, age 66 of Clarksville, TN. passed away on Saturday, April 4, 2015. She is survived by her son, John Elks; daughter, Rebecca Elks; grandchild, Aiden and her sister Mary Annette Ratka. A Celebration of Life Graveside Service will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, April 14, 2015 at Nashville National Cemetery. Services entrusted to Spring Hill Funeral Home and Cemetery.
