Josephine Trevino's Obituary
Josephine Trevino, 74, of Nashville, Tennessee, passed away peacefully on September 29, 2023. She was born March 19, 1949, to the late John Manuel Tamayo and Angelina Mendez Nieto.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother John Manuel Tamayo; half-brother Clementon Moreno; stepbrother Paul Tamayo; sister Aurelia Medrano; uncles Henry and Benjamin Nieto; and aunt Luciana Trevino.
She is survived by her children Abran Trevino, Rogelio Trevino and Janet Trevino (George Wood) Hargrove; her grandchildren Lee (Kenya) Trevino, Angelina (Randall Sanders) Trevino, Paris Hargrove, Santana Hargrove, London Hargrove and Brooklyn Trevino; great-grandchildren Taniyah Trevino, Kingston Trevino, C’riyah Sanders, Marcella Broach, and Aspen Myrks; siblings Amelia Emigh and Roglio Nieto Tamayo; and several stepbrothers and stepsisters.
Josephine was a beautiful soul that will be truly missed by her family and friends.
There will be a Celebration of Life October 6th, 2023, at 2 PM at Trevecca Rehabilitation Center, 329 Murfreesboro Road, Nashville, TN, 37210.
There will be another Celebration of Life for out-of-town family and friends at a later date still to be announced.
