Joyce Girrland Gray's Obituary
Joyce Girlland Gray, 70, sadly passed away May 4, 2024, in Nashville, Tennessee. She was born June 3, 1953, in Baltimore, Maryland, to the late Earl Gray, Sr. and Seressa Milton.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Johnny Gray and Earl Gray Jr.; and sister Barbara Ann.
Joyce is survived by her son, Aries (April) Blandon; sister, Edith Gray; brother, Ellison “Doboy” Gray; four-legged friend, Sherlock; and several nieces, nephews, and friends.
Joyce was a true born and raised Baltimorean woman. She loved making homemade crab cakes and Amish macaroni salad. She was known for doing in-home repairs, even when things didn’t need to be fixed. She would watch HGTV and get books from Home Depot to get all the inspiration for her next project. She truly had a sense of humor. She loved all types of music from Tina Marie to Michael Jackson. Dogs held a special place in her heart, especially her best buddy, Sherlock. The most important thing in Joyce’s life was her family. She was always there for them in their time of need. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
Spring Hill is honored to serve the Gray family through this difficult time.
