Mrs. Judith C. Greer's Obituary
Judith C. Greer, age 78, of Madison, Tennessee, passed away on Thursday, February 21, 2019 at home surrounded by her loving family. She was born on June 23, 1940 in Nashville, Tennessee to the late Louis Covington and Edna Hamilton.
Mrs. Greer was a retired teacher having taught at Gateway Elementary and Neely’s Bend Elementary. She was a member of Madison Church of Christ where she was very active with the Ladies Monday Morning Bible Study. She enjoyed scrapbooking and was a member of 2 Bridge clubs. She was also a member of the Stone’s River Women’s Club.
She is survived by her husband, Tommy R. Greer; daughter Machelle (Tim) Morris; granddaughter Briley Morris; grand-dog Dixie.
Visitation will be held Monday, February 25 from 4 PM to 8 PM at Madison Church of Christ Bixler Chapel 106 Gallatin Pike N, Madison, TN 37115. Funeral services will be Tuesday, February 26 at 11 AM at the church with Dr. Russ Corley and Buck Dozier officiating. Entombment will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park.
