Mrs. Judy LaDeau's Obituary
Judy LaDeau, 74, of Nashville, TN, was called home to her Savior on December 1, 2022, after a courageous battle with cancer. She fought the good fight and is now in the loving arms of Jesus.
Judy was born on November 23,1948, in Nashville, TN to Jesse and Gertrude (Daniel) Jones. She married Paul LaDeau on December 28, 1968, and they had three children, Trishia, Timothy, and Tonya.
Judy was a graduate of Isaac Litton High School, where her favorite subject was home economics. Before meeting her “Pauly,” Judy attended college at MTSU. After the all- important job of raising her three children, caring for and making a loving and spiritual home for her family, she later worked as a background investigator for Equifax and Kroll Background America.
Judy was a woman with a firm faith in Jesus. She was a prayer warrior and loved her family to the absolute fullest. Not a day will go by where she will not be missed by all of her loved ones, who truly knew her sweet, caring, and giving heart.
Judy is survived by her loving husband, Paul, daughter, Trish (Eric) Rather, son, Tim (Kelley) LaDeau, daughter, Tonya LaDeau, beloved grandchildren, Wesley (Ali), Chandler, Gabbi, and TJ, dearly loved great-grandchildren, Elliott and Dawson, and sister, Linda. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jesse and Gertrude Jones.
A Celebration of Life service will be held in Judy’s honor on December 9, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. at Highland Park Church in Nashville, TN. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service, in the church. In lieu of flowers, memorials would be appreciated to F.A.I.T.H. Cancer Care Foundation, Clarksville, TN and Alive Hospice.
