Ms. Judy Gail Mize's Obituary
Judy Gail Mize passed away Tuesday, June 2, 2021 at home. She was born December 15, 1947 in Detroit, Michigan the daughter of Thurman and Ruby (Kelly) Anderton both of whom have preceded her in death.
Judy loved to travel, she enjoyed going on trips with her family to the Bahamas, Las Vegas and the beach. When she would go to Las Vegas she loved playing the slot machines, even though she never won big it was the time she spent with her family that was most important to her. Judy loved the beach so much that eventually her plan was to live on the beach in her retirement. In her free time she also enjoyed crafting.
She is survived by her significant other Dennis Tenpenny; nieces Sherry Mantooth (Walter) and Kelly Booker. She is also survived by her great niece and nephew Lennon House and London Booker
Judy was preceded in death by two sisters and three brothers.
Judy’s graveside service will be held on Monday, June 7, 2021 at 1:00 PM in the Historic Spring Hill Cemetery at 5110 Gallatin Pike, Nashville, TN 37216.
Spring Hill Funeral Home and Cemetery is in charge of arrangements.
