Mrs. Julia Ann Hobbs' Obituary
Julia Ann “Julie” White Hobbs, 73, wife of William “Bill” L. Hobbs, passed away February 27, 2016 in Midlothian, VA. She is survived by sons Jay Wiser of Orlando, FL, Jeff Wiser of Midlothian, VA, Justin Wiser of Washington DC and step daughters Bridget Larkin of Seattle, WA, Elizabeth Lance of Hendersonville, TN. Other survivors include sister Janice White (Jerry) Stovall, niece Catherine (Drew) McLellan of Lexington, KY and her cousin who was like a brother, Mayhew F. (Sandra) Koellein of Dickson, TN. She was preceded in death by her parents Mildred B. and Frank H. White, niece to the late Julia W. and Alex Koellein of Nashville, TN, aunt to the late Chris Stovall of Lexington, KY. Julie graduated from Isaac Litton High School in 1961 and the University of Florida in 1965 with a BSRN. She practiced nursing and social work, loved books, needlepoint and most of all her family. Julie dedicated her life to her husband and 3 sons. Memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 2, 2016 at Spring Hill Funeral Home in Nashville, TN. Visitation at 11am followed by Services at 1pm officiated by Rev. David Comperry.
