Mr. Karl Emil Gebhardt's Obituary
Karl Emil Gebhardt, CWO, Retired Army National Guard, age 83 of Nashville, TN passed away on Sunday, February 1, 2015. He was retired from the Army National Guard as a Chief Warrant Officer. He was preceded in death by his parents, Fred Matthew and Adra Gebhardt; brothers, Fred Matthew Gebhardt, Jr., William Richard Gebhardt and Charles Joseph Gebhardt and sister, Bettie Jean Warf. He is survived by his wife of 63 years Ramonia M. Gebhardt; sons, James Michael Gebhardt and Larry Eugene Gebhardt; daughter, Linda Gebhardt (Tony) Stewart; brother, Robert Gebhardt; sisters in law, Betty Jean Gebhardt and Gladys Lee Braswell; grandchildren, Melissa Gebhardt-Lew, Michael Brandon Gebhardt, Nathan Wayne (Mary) Stewart and Lance Andrew (Christy) Stewart; great grandchildren, Addy Grace Stewart, Daniella Scarlett Lew and Charlotte Ruth Stewart. His family will receive friends from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Tuesday, February 3 and on Wednesday, February 4 from 10 a. m until his Celebration of Life Service at 11 a.m. from the Chapel Spring Hill Funeral Home. Services will be conducted by Rev. Joe Evans. Interment will be in Fairfield United Methodist Church Cemetery with Full Military Honors.
