Katherine Braden's Obituary
Katherine Sloan Braden, age 84, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, January 06, 2013. Mrs. Braden worked for 37 years with Bell South. She was a member of the Old Hickory Country Club, as well as Madison Church of Christ. Mrs. Braden is preceded in death by her husband Carlos Braden. She is survived by her sister Billie Ann Gann, nephews Michael, Steve, and Ricky Sloan, niece Karen Norrod, great-nephews Brad and Chandler Sloan, great niece Meredith Sloan, great-great nephews Braden and Hayden Sloan, and other beloved family members. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, January 8, 2013 from 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm and Wednesday from 10:00 am -11:00 am at Spring Hill Funeral Home, 5110 Gallatin Rd, Nashville, TN (615) 865-1101, where funeral services will be held on Wednesday, January 9, 2013 at 11:00 am with Pastor Norman Slate officiating. Interment will follow in Historic Spring Hill Cemetery.
