Mrs. Katherine Jane (Hall) England's Obituary
Katherine Jane (Hall) England, age 80, passed away on February 18, 2016 in New Port Richey, FL. Jane was born in Chicago, IL to the late Edgar and Elsie (Welch) Hall of Nashville TN. Jane is survived by her husband of 62 years, Henry Russell England of Beechgrove, TN and New Port Richey, FL; son, Lawson England (and his wife Char) of Clearwater, FL; son, Keith England (and his husband Robert) of Chicago, IL; and daughter, Deirdre Durham (and her husband Gary) of College Grove, TN; England grandchildren, Chris, Beth, Michelle and Brad, and great-grandson William; Durham grandchildren, Brent and Melanie, and great grandchildren Camden and Keelyn; dear cousins, husband’s sisters, nieces, nephews and their children.
A loving lady, Jane enjoyed time with her family and friends, reading, the beach, exploring on her iPAD, collecting elephants, and laughing. Jane retired from Hanes Hosiery with over 30 years of service and was a graduate of Isaac Litton High School, Nashville TN (Class of 1953). Jane is loved greatly by all those she touched. She was filled with kindness and so dear to our hearts. We will miss her more than words can say.
Services will be held at Spring Hill Funeral Home and Cemetery, 5110 Gallatin Pike, Nashville, TN 37216 on Saturday, February 27, 2016. Visitation from 9:30am until 11:30am. Graveside service to follow at 11:30am. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Elephant Sanctuary in Tennessee (www.elephants.com) or HPH Hospice (www.hph-hospice.org).
