Mrs. Katherine S. See's Obituary
Katherine S. See, age 89, of Goodlettsville, Tennessee, passed away on Monday, July 16, 2018. She is preceded in death by her parents Annie and Thomas Stanton; her husband, Howard I. See and two brothers, William A. Stanton and D.T. Stanton. She is survived by two daughters, Ramona See and Jiminey Strong (Radford); one son, Howard Stanton See; one brother, James Stanton; three grandchildren, Jason Strong, Brian Strong, Melanie Strong; two great-grandchildren, Isayla Strong, Timothy Strong. Katherine was a retired Metro school teacher and taught children all over Tennessee and Eastern Kentucky. She was a preacher’s wife for 55 years and enjoyed being very active in the church. She was considered a good cook and always hosted her family for holiday meals for many years. In her early years Katherine enjoyed crochet and needle work. Visitation for Katherine will be held on Thursday, July 19, 2018 from 4 PM until 8 PM at Spring Hill Funeral Home, 5110 Gallatin Road, Nashville, TN, 37216, and again on Friday, July 20, 2018 from 12 PM until 2 PM at which time a Celebration of Life Funeral Service will be conducted from the chapel of Spring Hill Funeral Home.
