Kenneth Jerry Petty's Obituary
PETTY, Kenneth Jerry “Ken” of Hermitage, TN passed away on Wednesday, March 3, 2010; he was 72. Mr. Petty was a member of Hermitage Hills Baptist Church and was retired Project Manager with Wylie Steel Fabricators. He is preceded in death by his parents, Grace and Walter Petty and his brother, Don Petty. Mr. Petty is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Beverly Bale Petty; daughter, Lynn (David) Taft; son, Michael (Barrie) Petty of Scottsdale, AZ.; brother, Wayne (Pat) Petty; sister-in-law, Martha Jane Petty and niece , Beth Petty; grandchildren, Emily (Jack) Wood, Eric Taft, Jake Petty, Brock Petty and Karaline Petty. The family will receive friends on Thursday, March 4, 2010 from 2 to 8 PM and where funeral services will be conducted on Friday, March 5, 2010 at 2 PM at Spring Hill Funeral Home, 5110 Gallatin Rd. Nashville, TN with Rev. David Taft and Rev Chad Smith officiating. Friends and family will serve as pallbearers. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service. Interment will follow in Spring Hill Cemetery.
