Kenneth N. Hackett's Obituary
HACKETT, Kenneth N. Age 60 of Greenbrier passed away on Saturday, October 16th at his home. He was a member of Matthew's Memorial United Methodist Church helping on the District Counsel of Ministries. He is also retired from the State of Tennessee where he worked as a contract specialist and was currently employed by Metro Government. He received a Lifetime Achievement Award from Mayor Karl Dean for his contributions to Metro Government Purchasing Department. He was also a member of the National Institute for Government Purchasing and the Middle Tennessee Public Purchasing Association. He is preceded in death by his father, Henry Hackett. He is survived by his wife, Donna Hackett; mother, Dorothy Hackett, of NY; brother, Henry Hackett, Jr. of NY; sister, Jodi Fetto of NC; nephews, Larry Myers of NC, Jonathan Hackett of NY, and Michael Fetto of NC; and nieces, Aimee Myers of NY, Sarah (Tom) Oedbauer of NY, and Jessica Fetto of NC. Visitation will be on Wednesday from 3-8PM with a service to follow on Thursday at 10AM at Spring Hill Funeral Home with Rev. Steve VanHooser officiating.
