Mr. Kenneth Ray Rice's Obituary
Kenneth Ray Rice, 84, passed away on Thursday, January 14, 2021. He was born on September 11, 1936 in Bon Aqua, TN the son of Wilson and Ann (Bledsoe) Rice both of whom preceded him in death.
Kenneth was a family man who loved nothing more than spending time with his family especially his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He always made sure to stay involved in their lives never missing an event or a game because it was important to him. Kenneth was an owner of a motorcycle business for over 20 years along with being the Director of the Benevolence at Madison Church of Christ for 19 years. He enjoyed playing golf, traveling and watching baseball especially his favorite team the Atlanta Braves. Kenneth loved listening to Gospel music and enjoyed listening to the Gaithers most of all. He will be remembered as a Christian man who loved his family and praised his Lord and Savior.
Kenneth is survived by his wife of 64 years Corinne (Oliphant) Rice; sons Kerry Rice (Terri) and Kenneth Alan Rice (Jeanna); sisters Joann Saylors, Joy Manley; brother Jim Rice; grandchildren Ashley Broomfield (Eric), Kerry Rice Jr. (Kristen). He is also survived by four great grandchildren Braden Broomfield, Emma Broomfield, Davis Rice and Connor Rice.
Private family services are being held. In lieu of flowers the family requests that contributions be made to Madison Church of Christ Benevolence Center in honor of Ken.
