Kenneth Ray Wilson's Obituary
Kenneth Ray Wilson, age 84 of Gallatin, Tennessee.
Preceded in death by his father Burton R. Wilson, mother Mary Elise Wilson, sister Joyce Glowacki, and son Anthony R. Wilson.
He is survived by his soulmate and wife Deborah F. Wilson; son Mark (Sonja) Wilson; grandsons ken (Anna) Wilson, Kyle Wilson, and Luke Wilson; sisters Carolyn (Ben) West, and Janet (Terry) Sims; five grandchildren; and many nephews and nieces.
Kenneth Ray was born in Goodlettsville, Tennessee, and attended East High School in Nashville, Tennessee. He was employed by the Metro Nashville Police Department in 1962 and retired as Sergeant in 1991.
Growing up with his mother and three sisters, he quickly learned to become a great cook. As with many true Southerners, Kenneth Ray loved God, restoring old cars, the Atlanta Braves, and his Tennessee Volunteers.
In accordance with his wishes, Kenneth Ray has chosen not to have a traditional service. He is to be cremated and placed in the Serenity Mausoleum at Spring Hill Cemetery in Madison, Tennessee.
Final arrangements for Mr. Wilson are entrusted to Spring Hill Funeral Home and Cemetery, “Where Nashville Comes to Remember.”
