Mrs. Kimberly Dawn (Berry) Long's Obituary
Kimberly Dawn (Berry) Long, age 51 passed away on Monday, November 19, 2018. Kimberly was born to Carl and Linda Faye Berry, Jr. on November 8, 1967 in Nashville, Tennessee. Kimberly went to kindergarten at Pioneer Christian Academy, graduated from high school in 1986 from Donelson Christian Academy. She attended both Cumberland University and Vol State Universities earning a BS in Biology. After graduating from college, Kimberly married John A. Long, Jr.
Kimberly worked at Longhollow Family Practice as a radiographer for 25 years. Kim loved dogs very much, she never saw a dog she did not like. She also loved Jon Bon Jovi, she was his number one fan.
She is survived by her husband John, her parents Carl and Linda Berry, mother in law Dianne Long, brother in law Michael Long, and a host of other family and friends.
Pallbearers will be Michael Long, Brian Smith, Eric Bourne, Bob Cole, Tim Sanford, and Jack Oden. Honorary pallbearers are James Mills and John Powers.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 28, 2018 from 4-8pm and from 12-1pm on Thursday, November 29, 2018 at Spring Hill Funeral Home. Services will be held on Thursday, November 29, 2018 at 1pm in the Chapel at Spring Hill Funeral Home officiated by Jack Oden and Bernie Deffinger. Burial will follow at Historic Spring Hill Cemetery.
