Kimberly "Kimmie" Reese's Obituary
Kimberly “Kimmie” Reese, 54, of Madison, Tennessee, passed away on Tuesday, January 30, 2024.
She was preceded in death by her father, Bobby Joe Davis and stepfather, Vernon Woodard.
She is survived by her mother Eleanor Woodard, two daughters, Kimberly Bilbrey (Brandon) and Robin Magurn (Brian), six grandchildren, Daniel Bilbrey, Lilly Bilbrey, Waylon Bilbrey, Bella Bilbrey, Colt Bilbrey and Erin Magurn and by her husband Christopher Reese.
Kimmie was many things, but she was a dreamer. She was extremely creative and saw the world through an artistic eye. She was always creating something new and original.
She was also compassionate and never hid her childlike spirit. She never took life too seriously and always tried to find the joy in all things. She made sure the people around her were smiling and laughing.
Kimmie loved her family. Nothing brought her more joy then her grandchildren. She was always thinking of them. She had equal love for each and every one. Kimmie always said her greatest accomplishment was having her two daughters Kimberly and Robin. And don't forget her fur children because she was an avid animal lover. Bear, Shugg, Mae and Ava were her dogs she loved as family.
Kimmie was also a serious collector of many things! She always found the joy in the smallest of trinkets. She always had her curios full of a wide variety of nick naks. Horses, fairies, dragons and all things spooky!
Many people would say Kimmie was fun, quirky and unique. She had her own joys and interests that she wasn't afraid to share and express to everyone. She always stayed youthful and hopeful for the future. She was very loved by her family. Life can be complicated, but true love never fails.
She will always be remembered and cherished as a daughter, mother and grandmother to her family.
But at the end of the day, Kimmie always had her Bible and talked to God about her day. She was a dedicated writer and she and God had a close relationship. She is not of this world anymore, but up above in Heaven with her other loved ones. Kimmie is free and no longer bares the weight of this world. And in that, her family will have heavy hearts but takes solace in that fact she is in a better place.
John 11:25
Jesus told her, “I am the resurrection and the life. Anyone who believes in me will live, even after dying. Everyone who lives in me and believes in me will never ever die.
1 Peter 5:10
And after you have suffered a little while, the God of all grace, who has called you to his eternal glory in Christ, will himself restore, confirm, strengthen, and establish you.
