Mrs. Ladona Faye Hood's Obituary
Ladona Faye Hood, age 65, of Goodlettsville, Tennessee, passed away on November 29th, 2018 at her home. She is preceded in death by her parents, Hugh and Pauline James, one brother, Alvie Douglas James. She is survived by her husband of 39 years, Arnold Hood; two sisters, Janice Rogers and Charolette Corl; three nieces, Michelle Denison (Keoni), Ashley Wilson (Chad), Tonya D’Ambrosi; nephews, Terry Rogers, Troy Rogers. Ladona loved to shop at Wal-Mart and eating out at Cracker Barrel. She was selfless and a very giving person always willing to help others. She also had a great sense of humor and always made others around her smile. Ladona will be missed by all those who loved her and knew her.
Visitation for Ladona will be held on Tuesday, December 4, 2018 from 4 PM until 8 PM and again on Wednesday, December 5, 2018 from 1 PM until 2 PM at which time a Celebration of Life Funeral Service will be conducted from the chapel of Spring Hill Funeral Home and Cemetery, 5110 Gallatin Road, Nashville, TN, 37216. Burial will follow in Historic Spring Hill Cemetery.
