Mr. Lance Edward McKay's Obituary
Lance Edward McKay, age 62 of Nashville passed away on Wednesday, February 5, 2014. He was born and raised in East Nashville. He attended both Stratford and East High Schools. He served in the Marine Corp during the Viet Nam era.
He was preceded in death by his father, Charles McKay. He is survived by his mother, Joan McKay; sisters, Sharon McKay Atwood, Karen McKay Lankford and Linda Jo Vinyard. 6 nieces and nephews and 13 great nieces and nephews also survive.
His family will receive friends from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m. on Sunday, February 9 at Spring Hill Funeral Home and from 10 a.m. until his Celebration of Life Service time at 11 a.m. on Monday, February 10 from the Chapel of Spring Hill Funeral Home. Interment will be in Woodlawn Memorial Park. The Family request that memorials be made to the Nashville Humane Society.
