Larry D. Griggs' Obituary
Larry D. Griggs, age 65 of Nashville passed away March 9, 2013 at his residence. Mr. Griggs was preceded in death by his mother, Dorothy Jo Murphy and Step-father, Athel Murphy. He was a 1965 graduate of Isaac Litton High School. Survivors include his wife of 40 years, Carolyn Griggs; children, Jennifer Griggs, Bobby Griggs, Larry Underwood and Jimmy Underwood; sister, Connie Fitzgerald and brother, Ralph Griggs. A celebration of life service will be held on Thursday, March 14th at 7:00 p.m. from the Chapel of Spring Hill Funeral Home with Brother Ralph Griggs officiating. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 6-7 p.m. prior to the service.
