Larry Cecil McCann's Obituary
Larry Cecil McCann, 82, of Nashville, TN, entered into the gates of Heaven on Sunday, May 18, 2025. Larry was born June 26, 1942 in Valdosta, GA to the late Clifford and Louise (Sutton) McCann.
He is survived by his sons, Matthew McCann and Brian McCann; daughter, Rhonda (Randy) West; Grandchildren, Taytum McCann, Kaylee McCann, Nolan McCann, Hanna (Tyler) Tipton, Elliot (Kiera) West; as well as his siblings, Joel (Maureen) McCann, Joyce Coody, Sue Ellen (Roger) Snow, Jerry(Joy) McCann, and Pam Dawson.
Larry was preceded in death by his loving wife, Janice Venable McCann; brother, Charles McCann; sisters, Maxine McCann and Sandra Sims.
Larry proudly served his country in the United States Army from 1966 to 1968, he loved cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs and the Atlanta Braves.
Larry possessed such a willingness to help others, he will be greatly missed.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, May 28th with military honors present, representing Larry's dedication to the United States Army.
