Mr. Larry Thomas Moss' Obituary
Mr. Larry Thomas Moss, age 65, passed away on Saturday, May 6, 2017. Larry was born to Hurley T. and Lizzie E. (Eldridge) Moss on May 18, 1951 in Nashville, Tennessee.
Larry was exceptional with his hands and was a mechanic for many years. In addition, Larry worked for the Red Cross as a courier. During his free time, Larry raised chickens. This was a relaxing hobby which brought great joy to Larry.
Prior to beginning his career, Larry served his country in the Army during the Vietnam Conflict.
Larry is preceded in death by his parents and his brother Donald Ray Moss.
Surviving Larry is his loving wife Sherry (Chambliss) Moss, sons Darrell Thomas and Joseph Thomas Moss, daughter Dawn Marie (Robert) Redmond, brother Randall Keith Eldridge, sisters Francis Marie Moss and Shirley Henry. In addition, Larry is survived by his granddaughter Cherie Dawn (Curtis Ray) Richardson and numerous other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 9, 2017 from 4pm-8pm at Spring Hill Funeral Home. Services will begin at 2pm on Wednesday, May 10, 2017 with visitation starting at 12pm. Burial will follow at Historic Spring Hill Cemetery with military honors.
