Miss Laurel Olivia Watts' Obituary
Miss Laurel Olivia Watts, age 19 of Goodlettsville, Tennessee passed away on Tuesday June 14, 2022. She was born in Murfreesboro, Tennessee on April 1, 2003 to Todd Edward Watts and Kara Lynn Brown Watts. She was preceded in death by her grandfather Karl Thurmond Brown, Sr. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her brother Dawson Cliffe Watts and grandparents Clint Edward Watts, Janet Sue Watts, and Lynda Marie Brown, as well as a host of extended family and friends.
Laurel was a smart and unique person. Despite challenges from epilepsy for most of her life, Laurel was determined to rise above and live her life to the fullest. She loved to read and write, and was very interested in fantasy and mythology. She also loved Anime. She had a passion for animals, and spent the last year working as a caretaker at Old Friends Senior Dog Sanctuary. Laurel was a blessing in the lives of all who loved her for her short time on earth, and she will be missed dearly.

A visitation will be held at Spring Hill Funeral Home on Sunday, June 19, 2022 from 4pm-8pm. A Celebration of Life Funeral Service will be held at Madison Church of Christ (106 Gallatin Pike N. Madison, Tennessee 37115) on Monday, June 20, 2022 at 1:30pm. A procession to Historic Spring Hill Cemetery for burial will follow.
