Laverne Eula Morgan's Obituary
Laverne Eula Morgan, age 71 of Hermitage passed away December 7, 2011 in Hermitage. Mrs. Morgan was born February 6, 1940 in Only, TN to Will Pruitt and Bernice Peeler Dyer. She was raised in Nashville and attended North Nashville High School. She married her husband, Ronald R. Morgan on April 20, 1957. She loved her Lord and her family, especially her grandchildren. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her son, Keith Ray Morgan; her daughter, Vickie Laverne Morgan (Richard D.) Hurley; sister, Dorothy Ruth Martin; granddaughter, Constance Lynne Morgan (John) Dyer; and great-grandchildren, Bethany, Calvin, Ruby, Titan and Morgan. A Celebration of Laverne’s Life will be conducted at 2 PM, Friday, December 9, 2011 from the Chapel of Spring Hill Funeral Home with Pastor Erik Reed officiating. Entombment will follow in the Serenity Chapel Mausoleum of Spring Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10 AM until 1:30 PM on Friday, prior to the service.
