Leonard H. McCormack's Obituary
Leonard Howard McCormack, age 58 - Beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend, passed away, Tuesday, October 23, 2012. Lenny was born in Nashville, TN. on October 3, 1954 to Walton and Jane McCormack. He graduated from Litton High School in 1973. Lenny's hard work and entrepreneurial spirit led to many business accomplishments. He was most proud of his successes with X-L Distributors, McCormack Brokerage and McCormack Trucking. Lenny's business achievements were minor compared to his generous heart. He was always willing to help those in need. Following his retirement, he enjoyed life in his Hendersonville home, with his beloved family and pets. He loved being outdoors, on the lake, and with his family. Most recently his greatest joy was his grandchildren, Jack and Olive. Lenny was preceded in death by his father Walton McCormack, and brother Troy McCormack. He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Teresa McCormack, son Gregory McCormack (Courtney), daughters Chantel Huddleston, Ashley Hensley (Kevin), grandchildren, Jack Hensley and Olive Huddleston, mother Jane McCormack and brother Timothy McCormack. Friends and Family will serve as Pallbearers. Visitation will be Thursday October 25, 4:00 - 8:00 and Friday, October 26 11:00-1:00. A life celebration will be at 1:00 PM on Friday October 26, 2012 at SPRING HILL FUNERAL HOME AND CEMETERY, (615) 865-1101.
