Mr. Lewis Edward Bolster's Obituary
Mr. Lewis Edward Bolster, age 86, passed away December 29, 2015. He was born on October 31, 1929 in Nashville, TN to the late Richard and Malissa Bolster. Preceded in death by parents; grandson Paul Edward Godwin, Jr.; brothers Richard Bolster, Jr. and William L. Bolster; sisters Lorene Atkins and Eleanor Mai Young. He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Joan Bolster; daughters Barbara Ann Lee (Charles) and Vickie Darlene Carrell (Benny); brothers James Bolster and Charles Bolster; sister Mattie Belle Walling; 4 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great- grandchild.
Louie was a drywall finisher for over 40 years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and playing pool. He attended First Baptist Church of Hendersonville.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday, January 2, 2016, 2:30 p.m. in the chapel of Spring Hill Funeral Home with Richard Gaia officiating. Interment will follow in Spring Hill Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be Saturday 11:00 a.m.-2:30 p.m. at Spring Hill Funeral Home and Cemetery, 5110 Gallatin Road, Nashville, TN 37216, 615-865-1101.
